(Submitter supplied) Probes that were estimated to have a mismatch in their sequence between Mus musculus and Mus spretus were removed from the CDF environment. The details of the procedure are described in the paper. For some probesets, all probes were masked, and they are therefore not represented in the CDF file. Protocol: This is identical to GPL1261 but a custom cdf environment was used to extract data. We used custom chip definition files (CDF) based on Ensembl gene annotation from build 46 rather than Affymetrix annotation (Dai et al., PMID: 16284200).
