Single-nucleus RNA-sequencing of human subcutaneous adipose tissue biopsies from 84 Finnish participants.

(Submitter supplied) We performed single-nucleus RNA-seq using 10X on 84 randomly sampled participants from the METabolic Syndrome In Men (METSIM) cohort. The purpose of the study was to characterize cell type composition changes associated with metabolic diseases such as obesity and type 2 diabetes.
