Title Univ Colorado Denver Mycobacterium tuberculosis 4.6K Operon Microarray
Technology type spotted oligonucleotide
Distribution non-commercial
Organisms Mycobacterium tuberculosis CDC1551; Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv
Manufacturer Voskuil laboratory, University of Colorado Denver
Manufacture protocol 1.Oligos (purchased from Operon) are arrayed in Whatman 384-well V-bottom plates. Each well contains 600 pmol of 70-mer oligo.
2. Oligos are suspended in 3xSSC to 20 uM and centrifuged at 500 rpm for 2 minutes.
3. Plates are stored at 4oC overnight.
4. Incubate at RT for 30 minutes and shake for 5 min to aid resuspension of DNA.
5. Centrifuge plates at 500 rpm for 2 minutes.
6. Remove seals.
7. Print.
8. After completion of print, allow slides to dry through passive evaporation in a protected environment.
Support glass
Coating polysine
