Summary To know the optimal amount of input library for HiSeq X Ten, the amount of input library was varied. Six lanes of sequencing on HiSeq X Ten was performed.
 
Overall design A library for whole-genome bisulfite sequencing was prepared with an improved PBAT protocol, then the library was loaded on HiSeq X Ten.
