Title Transcriptomic profiling of bat PakiT03 cells with immune stimulation

Summary To examine innate immune signalling, IFN baseline and IRF-regulation, we profile Pteropus alecto bat kidney epithelial cells (PakiT03) with Deep NGS coverage. Clonal cell lines were also isolated with CrispR KO for IRF1, IRF3, IRF7, IFNAR2 or IFNAR2/IRF7 double KO.
 
Overall design IFNα Treatment at 0h, 3h, 6h, 9h, polyIC treatment at 0h, 6h, 9h, or infection with Melaka Virus (PRV3M) for 0h, 9h, 24h timepoints. In wildtype or IRF1/3/7 KO cells (for ifna) or IRF1/3/7, IFNAR2 and IFNAR2/IRF7 KO cells for pIC and PRV3M.
