Title RNAseq analysis of prostate cancer stem cells

Summary Prostate cancer stem cells were isolated from PC3 cells by fluorescence activated cell sorting using the SORE6 reporter system. Differential gene expression between cancer stem cells and non-cancer stem cells were determined by RNAseq analysis.
 
Overall design mRNA profiles of PC3 cells were determined by deep sequencing, in duplicate, using the BGISEQ-500 platform (BGI). Each sample was sequenced at 100 bp paired-end read and the depth of 30M reads per sample
