Summary |
Prostate cancer stem cells were isolated from PC3 cells by fluorescence activated cell sorting using the SORE6 reporter system. Differential gene expression between cancer stem cells and non-cancer stem cells were determined by RNAseq analysis.

mRNA profiles of PC3 cells were determined by deep sequencing, in duplicate, using the BGISEQ-500 platform (BGI). Each sample was sequenced at 100 bp paired-end read and the depth of 30M reads per sample
