Title |
Analysis of PDCD4 knockdown effects by high throughput sequencing of a human epithelial cell line |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing Other
|
Summary |
Purpose: examination of gene expression and translation changes in immortalized human epithelial cells (hTERT-RPE-1) induced by PDCD4 siRNA-knockdown.
|
|
|
Overall design |
Knockdown induction: hTERT-RPE-1 cells were transfected either with PDCD4-siRNA or control-siRNA (100 nM) and incubated for 24 h. Induced effects were analyzed by ribosome profiling and RNA-seq in triplicate (IlluminaSequencing).
