Summary RNA sequencing reveals the transcriptomic differences between cord blood cells expanded by CPI203/cytokines against DMSO/cytokines.
 
Overall design Cord blood CD133+ cells were expanded for 5 days in either CPI203/cytokines (B) or DMSO/cytokines (V) conditions. Each experiment starting from cell expansion was performed duplicately using cells from three different biological donors (a1-3).
