Overall design |
The Rosa26-CreERT2;QkLoxP/LoxP (Qk-Rosa26-iCKO) mice and littermate controls were injected with tamoxifen at postnatal day 1 and their brains were collected at postnatal day 7. Total RNA was extracted by RNeasy Mini Kit and used for sequencing with Illumina HiSeq 2000 Sequencer.
