Title Dysregulated long noncoding RNAs in the brainstem of DBA/1 mouse SUDEP model

Summary We investigated the differential expressed lncRNA and messenger RNA (mRNA) of the brainstem between primed DBA/1 mouse SUDEP model and normal DBA/1.
 
Overall design The Arraystar mouse lncRNA Microarray V3.0 (Arraystar, Rockville, MD) was applied to identify the aberrantly expressed lncRNAs and mRNAs in the brainstem of of DBA/1 mouse SUDEP model(n=4). Normol DBA/1 mice(n=4) were enrolled as control groups.
