Summary The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of p62 on miRNA expression profiles in AML exosomes and the effect on angiogenesis.
 
Overall design In the study presented here, An Exiqon v19.0 microRNA MicroArray was used for profiling miRNAs in exosomes derived from U937 cells, p62-knockdown U937 cells, GDC-0152+U937 cells, GDC-0152+p62-knockdown U937 cells.
