Title MGA-seq is an efficient tool for genetic variants and extrachromosomal DNA detection in cancer cell [MGA-Seq]
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Other
Summary We developed MGA-seq for detecting both chromatin spatial contacts and WGS information at the same time in clinical samples, then we combine the two kind of information to detecte small variation, large structural variation, homogenously staining regions, and extrachromosomal DNA.

Overall design MGA-seq just needs 9 hours and 56 dollars to complete all the experimental steps in one tub, which is very suitable for clinical translation.
