| Overall design |
Yeast genomic DNA was extracted using QIAGEN Genomic-tip 100/G kit. After PFGE, The ChrVIII DNA was purified from agarose gel and purified by column. Then the DNA was amplified by GenomePlex Whole Genome Amplification Kit.
