Summary The aim of this study is to identify the gene affected carcinogenesis by DNA methylation in early lung adenocarcinoma
 
Overall design 24 samples were all exracted fresh frozen sample from early adenocarcinoma. Smokers(B.I.>800) group was 6 cases with paired tumor and non-tumor tissue. Non-smoker group was 6 cases as well.
