Title |
MTEC mock infected rep2 [C57Bl/6-Mx IL-28ra-/-] |
Sample type |
RNA |
|
|
Source name |
tracheas from C57Bl/6-Mx IL-28ra-/-
|
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Characteristics |
background strain: C57Bl/6-Mx tissue: trachea genotype: IL-28ra-/-
|
Treatment protocol |
MTEC were either mock infected or infected with PR8 (moi=0.3)
|
Growth protocol |
Primary cells isolated from tracheas by enzymatic treatment were seeded onto 0.4 μm pore size clear polyester membrane coated with a collagen solution. At confluence, media was removed from the upper chamber to establish an air- liquid interface (ALI). Fully differentiated, 10-14 days-old post ALI cultures were routinely used for experiments.
|
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
RNA was isolated from MTEC cultures by directly lysing the cells in the transwells, using the Qiagen RNeasy mini kit
|
Label |
biotin

|
Description |
Gene expression data from MTEC cells
|
Data processing |
Primary and QC analysis on Affymetrix Expression Console V1.1. Data were normalized to the median of mock infected sample (all genotypes)
