Data processing |
The raw data files were processed using GenomeStudio Software and further analyzed using Genespring GX 12.0 software (Agilent, Santa Clara, USA). Data normalization was performed using the default GeneSpring GX 12.0 median shift normalization to the 75 percentile (applying a log2 transformation) and baseline transformation using the median of all samples.
