Growth protocol |
All mice of the same strain and gender were raised in groups of four with food (Teklad 7002; 6%fat; Harlan Teklad, Madison, Wi.) and water freely available. All experiments followed the NIH Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals and received Institutional Animal Care and Use approval.

Description |
C10 congenic_430B_hippocamous_pool3
|
Data processing |
The raw image files of Affymetrix microarrays were analyzed and normalized using the Probe Logarithmic Intensity Error estimation (PLIER) algorithm in the ArrayAssist Expression software package (Stratagene, La Jolla, Ca). The software performed a two-step analysis: one for present/absent calls by MAS5, and the other for data generation by PLIER.
