Extraction protocol |
RNA was extracted from biopsy tissues by sonicating in the presence of TriReagent, followed by clean-up and DNase I treatment with QIAGEN RNeasy MinelutePlus mini kit in accordance with the prescribed protocol provided with the kit. RNA quality was assessed with Agilent Bioanalyzer. For RNA isolation from blood, we used a QIAcube robotic workstation with RNeasyPlus kits following the manufacturer's protocols. As before, RNA quality was assessed with Agilent Bioanalyzer.
