Sample GSM2748336 Query DataSets for GSM2748336
Status Public on Jul 01, 2020
Title Mkx-ko rep1
Sample type SRA

Source name Tail tendon
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics tissue: tail tendon
strain: C57BL/6
age: 3-week-old
genotype: Mkx-/-
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Tail tendons were isolated and minced, and RNA was harvested using Trizol reagent.
cDNA library was prepared using the Ion Total RNA-Seq Kit v2(Life Technologies Corporation, Carlsbad, USA) according to the manufacturers protocol.

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Ion Torrent Proton

Data processing Clean reads were obtained from the raw reads by removing the adaptor sequences, reads with >5% ambiguous bases (noted as N) and low-quality reads containing more than 20 percent of bases with qualities of <13.
The clean reads were then aligned to mouse genome (mm9) using the MapSplice program (v2.1.6)
Differentially expressed genes was identified with EB-Seq algorithm
Genome_build: mm9
Supplementary_files_format_and_content: tab-delimited text files include count values for each sample
