A total of 20 ug of fragmented cRNA was hybridized to each GeneChip® Rat Genome 230 2.0 array. After 16 hours of incubation at 45 C, the GeneChips® were washed and stained with Streptavidin- phycoerythrin biotinylated anti-streptavidin antibody in the Affymetrix GeneChip® Fluidics Station 400
