Data processing |
Illumina Casava1.7 software used for basecalling. Sequenced reads were trimmed for adaptor sequence, and then mapped to dm3 whole genome using an internal pipeline that employs bwa and STAR. HTSeq was used to extract raw counts. Genome_build: dm3 (Release 5) Supplementary_files_format_and_content: *_merged.txt: Gene symbols and raw count values in 2-column tab-delimited txt file, one for each sample.
