Status Public on Oct 04, 2019
Title GA-CFP 282
Sample type SRA

Source name spinal cord
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics strain/background: C57BL6
tissue: spinal cord T8-T13
genotype/variation: TG
treatment: OVA
Treatment protocol WT or GA-CFP transgenic mice treated with either PBS or OVA-(GA)10 at age of 32 weeks.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Spinal cord from thoracic segment T8 to T13 were dissected, snap frozen on dry ice, and RNA was harvested using Trizol reagent. Illumina TruSeq RNA Sample Prep Kit (Cat#FC-122-1001) was used with 1 ug of total RNA for the construction of sequencing libraries.
RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols.
