Biotinylated cDNA was prepared from 100 ng of total RNA using GeneChip WT PLUS Reagent Kit(Thermo Fisher Scientific).

Hybridization protocol |
Following fragmentation, 2 μg of Single-Stranded cDNA was hybridized for 16 hrs at 45˚C on Clariom S Array, Human. Arrays was washed and stained in the GeneChip Fluidics Station 450 (Thermo Fisher Scientific).

Scan protocol |
Clariom S array was scanned using GeneChip Scanner 3000 7G.

Data processing |
The data were analyzed with Expression Console Software 1.4.1 offered SST-RMA for gene level analysis using Thermo Fisher Scientific default analysis settings.
