Colonic Epithelial Cells, Ccna2-KO rep2 |
Sample type |
SRA |
|
|
Source name |
Colonic Epithelial Cells, Ccna2-KO
|
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Characteristics |
tissue: Colon cell type: Colonic Epithelial Cells age: 4 weeks genotype: Ccna2-/-
|
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
Colons were removed from mice and flushed with cold PBS. Colons were treated with 10 ml of CEC buffer to release CECs. RNA was extracted using the Roche High Pure RNA isolation kit (Roche Molecular Systems, Inc.) according to the manufacturer protocol. RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols

Data processing |
The quantification of the gene transcripts was performed using the Kallisto program, which is based on pseudo-alignment principle, with default settings. GRCm38 Refseq was used to annotate the transcripts. Genome_build: mm10 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: A tab-delimited text file include raw transcript counts for each Sample.
