Treatment protocol For neonatal treatment, male or female pups were treated by subcutaneous injection with DES (Sigma Aldrich), dissolved in corn oil at 2 µg/pup/day on days 1-5 (day of birth = 1) (DES group) or an equal volume of corn oil (control group).
Growth protocol The mouse SV or uterus tissues were colleclted from WT and aERKO mice in the control and DES groups.

Data processing The raw ChIP-Seq reads were initially processed by filtering with average quality scores greater than 20.
Then the reads were aligned to the mouse reference genome (mm10; Genome Reference Consortium Mouse Build 38 from December 2011) using Bowtie version 1.1.2 with unique mapping and up to 2 mismatches for each read (-m 1 -v 2)
The duplicated reads with the same sequence were discarded

Supplementary_files_format_and_content: biWig files were generated from normalized bedgraph files using bedGraphToBigWig; Scores represent normalized mapped read coverage
