Sequenced reads were trimmed for sequance adapters and low-quality tails, then mapped to hg19 reference using tophat (2.0.9) Raw count were computed using the Python package HTSeq-count (0.6.1p1) adopting the gene annotations Ensembl GRCh37.72.
