Reads were mapped to mm10 build of the mouse transcriptome using STAR (Dobin et al. 2013). Differential expression analysis was performed using the DESeq2 package based on a model using the negative binomial distribution (Love, Huber, and Anders 2014). Genome_build: mm10 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: Tbx5RE_E14-5_Vent_RNA_DEG_NC.xlsx (Excel file with differential expression analysis (DESeq2) and normalized counts (NC)).
