Female Balb/c mice received A20 tumor cell injection. After the tumor was established (about 3x3mm), the mice were randomized into four different treatment groups. The mice received intratumoral injection of GLA or control PBS. Mice in the radiation group received X-ray radiation alone or radiation plus GLA. After the last injection of GLA, the tumors were collected for RNA extraction. Total RNA (200ng) was used for nanostring gene expression analysis.

A20 tumor cells were grown in RPMI medium with 10% FBS before the cells were harvested and injected subcutaneously to the mice for tumor implantation.
