Prokaryote mRNA sequencing by Illumina HiSeq Sequencing was carried out using a 2x150 paired-end (PE) configuration image analysis and base calling were conducted by the HiSeq Control Software (HCS) + OLB + GAPipeline-1.6 (Illumina) on the HiSeq instrument technical sequences were removed by Cutadapt (version 1.9.1) and clean data were aligned to reference genome via software Bowtie2 (v2.2.6).
