Treatment protocol For temperature experiments, cells were seeded and allowed to adhere at 37°C. The cells were subsequently shifted to incubators set to 34°C, 37°C, or 38°C
Growth protocol Raw264.7. cells were grown in DMEM supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum and 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin (Invitrogen).

Extraction protocol After 12h RNA was extracted using RNATri (Bio&Sell) followed by DNaseI digestion.
RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols
