For RNA-Seq comparison, Sequencing reads were mapped to human with STAR by default parameter. The read counts for each genes were calculated by HTSeq. The count files were used as input to DESeq for differential expression analysis. Assembly: dm6 Supplementary files format and content: Counts from HTSeq output were merged into csv table with each gene in rows and each sample in columns.
