Treatment protocol |
At ~70% confluence, cells were either mock treated with tissue culture media (Mock) or with 5 µM 5-aza-2'-deoxxycytidine (Decitabine) for 72 hours.

Growth protocol |
All cells, including sorted CD133+ and CD133- A2780 and PEO1 cells, were grown in RPMI1640 media with 10% FBS in a humidifed incubator maintained at 37 degrees Celsius with 5% CO2 until ~70% confluent.
