Lentivirus RNA was extracted using the QIAmp Viral RNA Mini Kit (Qiagen 52906). Genomic DNA was extracted using the Quick-DNA Midiprep Plus Kit (Zymo D4075) Lentivirus RNA was reverse transcribed using the qScript Flex cDNA Kit (VWR 95049-100) with a custom primer (see Methods). Libraries were prepared by PCR amplification of TF barcodes using custom primers (see Methods)
