Extraction protocol |
Total RNA from cells was extracted using an EasyPure RNA Kit (Transgene, ER101-01) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. RNA libraries for RNA-seq were prepared using NEBNext@ Ultra™ RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina@ (#E7530) following manufacturer's protocols.

Data processing |
Bulk RNA-seq data were processed to obtain a gene count matrix of all samples using the featureCounts tool of the subread software. The count matrix was used for differential analysis with DESeq2 (Love et al., 2014).
