Treatment protocol |
Cardiomyocytes were infected with GFP control or β-catenin adenovirus and cultured with serum-free DMEM/F12 for 24 hours.

Growth protocol |
Primary cardiomyocytes were prepared by enzymatic disassociation of 1- to 2-day old Sprague-Dawley rats, the isolated cardiomyocytes resuspended in fresh DMEM/F12 (HyClone) containing 10% FBS and 1% penicillin-streptomycin were plated into the Laminin (Sigma) precoated dishes (Corning) and incubated for 24 h at 37 ℃.

Hybridization protocol |
Following fragmentation, 15 ug of cRNA were hybridized for 16 hr at 45°C on GeneChip rat 230 2.0 Genome Array in the Affymetrix Hybridization Oven 640. GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 450.

Scan protocol |
GeneChips were scanned using the affymetrix scanner 3000 7G.The scanned images were first assessed by visual inspection then analyzed to generate raw data files saved as CEL files using the default setting of AGCC.
