Hybridization protocol Samples were combined and hybridized to a custom oligoarray with 4 x 44k elements manufactured by Agilent Technologies (GPL8606). Hybridization and washing steps were performed according to Agilent instructions.
Scan protocol The washed slides were scanned using GenePix4000B (Molecular Devices) scanner.
Data processing Data was extracted using Feature Extraction software (Agilent Technologies), the background subtracted intensities (gProcessedSignal and rProcessedSignal) were LOWESS normalized. Log2 ratio (Treated/Control) intensities was calculated.
