Hybridization protocol |
Samples were combined and hybridized to a custom oligoarray with 4 x 44k elements manufactured by Agilent Technologies (GPL8606). Hybridization and washing steps were performed according to Agilent instructions.

The washed slides were scanned using GenePix4000B (Molecular Devices) scanner.

Data processing |
Data was extracted using Feature Extraction software (Agilent Technologies), the background subtracted intensities (gProcessedSignal and rProcessedSignal) were LOWESS normalized. Log2 ratio (Treated/Control) intensities was calculated.
