Summary: Analysis of catabolite-repressed (glucose) or derepressed (galactose) wildtype JM43 cells shifted from aerobiosis to anaerobiosis (2 generations). Results identify metabolic remodeling that occurs during acclimatization to short-term anaerobiosis in galactose but not in glucose.
