Description |
Dissected tissue was digested in PBS containing 0.125% trypsin, 0.1% collagenase A, 0.1% hyaluronadase for 1 h at 37°C with agitation prior to cell sorting. Mice were given 2 doses of tamoxifen, 75ug/g, fractures were performed, then mice were sacrificed two days later.
