Description |
w1118 15 days malpighian tubule
|
Data processing |
Raw microarray data were first processed by conducting within-slide normalization of signal intensities using the LOWESS curve-fitting method followed by between-slide scaling using Median Absolute Deviation method. Only genes with at most 4 missing values in the 10 time course samples for each tissue were included for further analysis. Remaining missing values were imputed using k-nearest neighbor algorithm.
