Following fragmentation, 10 microg of cRNA were hybridized for 16 hr at 45C on Affymetrix human genome HG-U133A genechip. GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 450.

Scanned on a GeneArray scanner. Images were quantified using Microarray Analysis Suite version 4.0 software (Affymetrix).
