cDNA libraries were constructed using the Ion AmpliSeq AmpliSe DNA and RNA Library kit with custome primers(Thermo Fisher)
An Ion AmpliSeq™ Custom Panel was designed by the manufacturer (thermo Fisher) using Ion AmpliSeq™ Designer for targeted amplification of 3826 mouse genes , A short amplicon (~110 bp) is amplified for each target
