|
Source name |
EGL
|
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Characteristics |
strain: C57BL/6 tissue: cerebellum tissue region: EGL genotype: knockout
|
Growth protocol |
Brain tissue was taken from SnoN conditional knockout and wild-type mice maintained under standard housing conditions.
|
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
Total RNA was extracted from cerebellum of P6 mice using Trizol (Invitrogen) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The EGL from the central lobules of P6 mice cerebellum was micro-dissected and RNA was extracted using RNeasy Plus Micro Kit with gDNA eliminator column. After Agilent BioAnalyzer quality control, intact RNA was used for library using NEBNext Ultra RNA library preparation kit for Illumina (E7530).
