| Data processing |
Data were processed using software packages from R/Bioconductor. CEL files were read using functions from the oligo package. Quality control was performed using the arrayQualityMetrics package. Background correction, normalisation and summarisation was performed using RMA. Feature were then annotated with their gene symbols and Entrez IDs and probes mapping to multiple gene symbols were filtered out.
