Sample GSM5404769 Query DataSets for GSM5404769
Status Public on Dec 21, 2021
Title Embryo stage 12-14 WT_for_chiffon_rep1
Sample type SRA

Source name Drosophila embryo
Organism Drosophila melanogaster
Characteristics developmental stage: Embryo stage 12-14
genotype: WT (act-gal4 x GFP)
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Embryos were collected and 100ul of Trizol were added and embryos were flashed frozen in liquid nitrogen. RNA was extracted using Direct-zol RNA microPrep (Zymo Research)
Libraries were prepared following the Ovation RNA-seq System V2 (NuGEN)

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina HiSeq 1500

Data processing Illumina Casava software used for basecalling.
Sequenced reads were trimmed for adaptor sequence with Trimmomatic, then mapped to dm6 whole genome using Hisat2 with parameters -p 8 --rna-strandness FR -x
Counts were identified for each gene using Htseq-count (v0.11.1) with default parameters.
Genome_build: dm6
Supplementary_files_format_and_content: raw counts
