Sample GSM659441 Query DataSets for GSM659441
Status Public on May 01, 2014
Title Day6
Sample type SRA

Source name differentiated human embryonic stem cells
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics cell line: ES cell line H1
timepoint: Day6
Treatment protocol The cells were exposed to the differentiation medium (changed daily) for the duration of differentiation timepoint.
Growth protocol H1 human ES cells were grown feeder free in conditioned medium. The cells were passaged every 7 days with a split ratio of 1: 3 - 6.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Total RNA was extracted from cells using a combination of the trizol protocol and the RNAeasy mini kit (Qiagen, #74106). Poly A RNA was extracted using the Poly (A) Purist Mag kit (Ambion # AM 1992). ABI whole transcriptome library preparation kit (#4425680) was used to generate the RNA-Seq libraries.

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model AB SOLiD System 3.0

Description RHE004
Data processing ABI bioscope software was used to align the reads to hg18 assembly and to produce the processed data .bam files.
