Log2 transformation and Quantile normalization uzing the R Lumi package.
The normalized data file contains log2 transformed and quantile normalized data for all probes that fulfilled the robust expression criteria (i.e detection pvalue<0.05 for at least half of the samples). Expression data for cortex and cerebellum are listed separately as the two datasets were normalized separately and contain different number of probes that fulfilled the expression criteria.
