gene_expression e17.5 GcgTimer.xlsx: Genedata Profiler Genome v10.1.14b Sequence reads were aligned and mapped to GRCm38/mm10 using STAR v2.5.2b and Genedata Profiler Genome. Read count extraction and normalization were performed using Genedata Profiler Genome. Assembly: GRCm38/mm10 Supplementary files format and content: Excel files include TPM values and raw gene counts for each sample. ********************* gene_expression e17.5 GcgTimer_IRES-EGFP-mRFP added.xlsx: DRAGEN Bio-IT Platform (3.7.5). Sequence reads were aligned and mapped to genome GRCm39 and sequence of EGFP, mRFP1 and IRES by using DRAGEN Bio-IT Platform. Read count extraction and normalization were performed using DRAGEN Bio-IT Platform.
