Growth protocol |
HEL293 were grown in Dulbecco’s modified Eagle’s medium (DMEM) (Lonza) supplemented with 10 % tetracycline-free fetal bovine serum (FBS) (Clontech), 100 U/ml penicillin (Lonza), 100 U/ml streptomycin (Lonza), 2 mM L-glutamine (Lonza), 15 μg/ml blasticidin-S (Invitrogen) and 200 μg/ml hygromycin B.), at 37°C with 5 % CO2. All cells were split when reaching 80 % confluency.
