LNCaP cells were treated for 24 h with 3.25 nM vinblastine. 3 biological repeats were processed for microarray analysis.

LNCaP cells were seeded at 1.5 x 10^5 cells per well into 6-well plates in phenol-red free RPMI-1640 medium + 5% FBS and cultured at 37°C in an atmosphere containing 5% CO2 for 24 h before treatment.
