Treatment protocol |
Medium supplemented with 0.4% DMSO was changed every 2-3 days. For PHH spheroids cells were also treated with either aflatoxin B1 (0.002uM), amiodarone (4uM) or chlorpromazine (6uM).

Growth protocol |
Primary human hepatocytes were seeded in ultra-low attachment plates at 1500 cells/well in 100ul Williams E basal medium supplemented with 10% FBS and centrifuged at 100g for 2 minutes. From day 4 onwards daily medium changes with FBS-free medium were performed. Treatments were initiated on day 7.
